‘Art of Undoing’ meditation will help you experience what Dhyaan truly is. In advanced state of meditation, there is no external object to focus on. It is not an activity that requires effort, in fact it needs letting go of all your effort. Meditation therefore is a practice of undoing, a practice of surrender. And it is in this state of undoing and surrendering, that our life starts aligning to our best interests and utmost fulfilment.

Suited for : Experienced practitioners of yoga and meditation, who are able to surrender easily, and are familiar with the practice of letting go and being.
